This is the battle strategy page for the high-difficulty stage “Eagle Eye 02” of the NU:Carnival event “Hidden Wings”.
Stage Strategy
Party Composition
Taunt | Required (CD3) |
Defense Break | Not needed |
Recommended CD | — |
Ultimate skills with no attack judgment are also acceptable (e.g., healers or supporters)
If you want to place CD6 skills in 1st, 3rd, or 5th… it’s okay as long as your team can fire CD6 by Turn 5 (e.g., by using allies with CD-reducing skills).
There will be moments where “you taunt again 3 turns after the last taunt”, so CD3 for taunt via ultimate skill is recommended.
If HP stability is a concern, it’s recommended to place a healer in 2nd or 4th so their ultimate can be used freely without needing to preserve it.
However, during “9n+2T”, you should defend, so there may be 1 turn where healing is not possible.
- Ultimate skill CD4 or lower
- Any character (CD6 is also acceptable)
- Ultimate skill CD4 or lower
Guardian (= character with taunt skill)
- Ultimate skill CD4 or lower
- Ultimate skill CD4 or lower
Healer
- Ultimate skill CD4 or lower
Guardian (= character with taunt skill)
- Ultimate skill CD4 or lower
Placing a healer in 2nd or 4th lets you use their ultimate freely without worrying about gimmick timing.
Strategy Tips
AUTO Clear | — |
Ultimate Saving | — |
The following pairs retreat together when their HP drops to 1%:
- Rudy (Water) and Susan (Wood)
- Grim (Fire) and Pepper (Light)
Defeating enemies in the following order means you don’t have to save ultimate skills:
- Reduce Rudy and Susan’s HP to 1%
- Then reduce Grim and Pepper’s HP to 1%
Battle Guide
Battle Flow
- STEP18n+2T: All use Guard (including Healer)
[2T, 10T, 18T, 26T, 34T, 42T, 50T…]
- STEP28n+5T: 1 Ultimate to Edmond → 3 Basic Attacks to Quincy → Heal
[5T, 13T, 21T, 29T, 37T, 45T…]
- It’s also okay to hit Quincy with “2 Basic Attacks → 1 Ultimate”
- Be cautious: hitting Quincy will trigger counter damage to the entire party (only on the first two hits)
- Use a low-damage ultimate on Edmond (since it won’t deal damage anyway)
- STEP38n+8T: Break both enemy shields and reduce their HP below 1%
[8T, 16T, 24T, 32T, 40T, 48T…]
- Even “attacks without attack judgment” can trigger damage (e.g., Healer’s attack)
- It’s enough to reduce the HP number displayed on the enemy bar by even 1%
- If you fail to reduce either enemy’s HP below 1%: instant defeat
- ※ If either enemy is already at 1% HP at this point, you will instantly lose (as the gimmick cannot be triggered)
