[NUCarnival] Shine☆Gemstone Heart "Strange Omen" Battle Guide High Difficulty Stages

This is the battle攻略 page for the high-difficulty stage “Strange Omen 03” in the “Shine☆Gemstone Heart” event of NU:Carnival.

Stage Strategy

Party Composition

TauntRequired
Defense RemovalNot Needed
Recommended CDRecommended CD 4 or less
Recommended: “Taunt” should be CD4 or less
Recommended: “Attacker/De-buffer” should also be CD4 or less
Note: Without a “Healer” in the team, the game becomes based on luck

If no healer is in the party, the 6n+7T “Taunt and protect the healer” gimmick will become a game of chance.

This debuff would normally be applied to the healer, but if there is no healer in the party, the target of the debuff will be chosen randomly.
If the Guardian receives the debuff and taunts, they will be unable to withstand the damage and will be knocked out.

Be cautious when attempting with a party that doesn’t have a healer and uses Cosmic Blade for healing.

Strategy Tips

AUTO Strategy
Save Ultimate SkillsSaving recommended
“Forced Defeat” if even one character is knocked out
If enemy HP is 10% or lower, forced defeat if you cannot reduce enemy HP to 1% within 1 turn
Enemy HP below 50%: Defending will inflict fixed damage to yourself

If the enemy HP is below 50%, you will be inflicted with a fixed damage of 50% of your maximum HP (50T) when you defend.

“Auto Guard” defense will not count, so it’s safe (e.g., Guardians).

Gimmicks Outside
  • Ultimate Skills:
Save the Taunt, Attacker, and De-buffer Ultimate Skills for later use.
Everything else can be used as soon as they’re charged (just avoid using them on 4n+5T).
  • STEP1
4n+3T: For characters with low HP, Defense is recommended; during red-letter turns, Taunt is recommended

    [3T, 7T, 11T, 15T, 19T, 23T, 27T, 31T, 35T, 39T, 43T…]

    • Red-letter turns: Taunt (since it overlaps with the 4n+7T mechanic)
    • For characters with low HP, Defense is recommended.
When enemy HP is below 50%: Defense → Heal in that order is recommended (as you will take fixed damage)
    • It would be helpful if a healer’s ultimate skill could be used after this (since a strong area attack will follow)
  • STEP2
4n+5T: Attackers and debuffers should use Defense; others should use basic attack (Do not use ultimate skill)
    Red-letter turns: Taunt

    [5T, 9T, 13T, 17T, 21T, 25T, 29T, 33T, 37T…]

    • Red-letter turns: Taunt (since it overlaps with the 6n+7T mechanic)
    • When enemy HP is below 50%: Defense → Heal in that order is recommended
    • If you use your ultimate skill: The amount of HP that character heals will be reduced by 50% (for 4 turns)
    • If attackers/debuffers attack: You will be wiped out
  • STEP3
4n+6T: Attackers and debuffers should use ultimate skill; others can take any action

    [6T, 10T, 14T, 18T, 22T, 26T, 30T, 34T, 38T, 42T…]

    • If you cannot use your ultimate skill: Defense → Use ultimate skill next turn
When enemy HP is below 50%: Defense → Heal → Use ultimate skill next turn
    • Other positions can take any action
    • If you cannot use your ultimate skill by the next turn, “the number of CD increases by 2 when basic attack is used (for 4 turns)” will not be cleared
  • STEP4
    6n+7T: Taunt

    7T, 13T, 19T, 25T, 31T, 37T, 43T…]

    • Red-letter turns: For characters with low HP, Defense is recommended (since the 4n+3T mechanic will also trigger)
    • Blue-letter turns: These are the turns when the 4n+5T mechanic will also trigger
  • STEP5
When enemy HP reaches 10%: Reduce HP to 1%
    • If you fail to reduce the HP to 1% within one turn, you will lose
