Not Recommended: Characters with skills that reduce enemy HP recovery

Since the condition for clearing is “Eiden’s HP reaching 100%,” reducing enemy HP recovery will be disadvantageous.

>List of Characters with “Reduce Enemy HP Recovery” Skill

Not Recommended: Characters with ‘Increase Enemy Damage Taken’ Skills
Recommended: Include Characters with Shorter Cooldowns

The more characters with an ultimate skill CD3 with attack judgment, the more efficiently you can restore enemy Eiden’s HP, making them highly recommended.

From a gimmick-handling perspective, having CD6 characters is not an issue.
However, if you aim for a 3-star clear condition of “Clearing within 21 turns,” characters with shorter cooldowns are recommended.

You may want at least 16,000 HP

HP benchmark when the attribute is neither advantageous nor disadvantageous:
If a dark attribute attacker has around 15,800 HP, they may not survive the 8n+5T AoE attack.
Thus, as a general guideline, having at least 16,000 HP would be safer.

Recommended: High HP characters

Even if you have a high-ATK character, Eiden’s HP recovery amount remains unchanged.
Therefore, it is recommended to include high-HP characters and prioritize the survival of all party members for a better strategy.

Forced Defeat if Enemy Eiden is Defeated
“Clear by Restoring Enemy Eiden’s HP to 100%”

Attack the Crystal Orb to restore Eiden’s HP.

  • For each basic attack hit: Restore 2% of Eiden’s max HP
  • For each ultimate skill hit: Restore 4% of Eiden’s max HP
Even if the Crystal Ball’s HP drops to 1%, it will not be considered cleared.

Battle Flow

Outside of Mechanics
  • Ultimate Skill:
Reserve one ultimate skill with an attack judgment for 8n+8T.
You can freely use the rest (since Eiden recovers more HP from ultimate skills than from basic attacks).
  • STEP1
    8n+2T: EveryoneDefend (Including Healers)

    [2T, 10T, 18T, 26T, 34T, 42T, 50T…]

    • Defending will grant a shield to Eiden.
    • If you do not defend: Eiden will be knocked out, leading to a forced defeat.
  • STEP2
    8n+5T: EveryoneDefend (Including Healers)

    [5T, 13T, 21T, 29T, 37T, 45T…]

    • You will take massive damage, so be sure to defend.
    • If you don’t defend: The crystal ball’s HP will be greatly restored & the entire party will take massive damage.
  • STEP3
8n+8T: One ultimate skill on Eiden → basic attack or ultimate skill on the crystal ball

    [8T, 16T, 24T, 32T, 40T, 48T…]

    • If your HP is insufficient for the upcoming AoE attack, use a basic attack on the crystal ball.
    • Only “ultimate skills with attack judgment” are counted.
    • The upcoming AoE attack ignores defense, so defending is pointless.
    • Using a basic attack on the crystal: Reduces the damage dealt by the crystal by 20% & increases the crystal’s trigger damage by 65%.
(This effect is exclusive to this gimmick.)
    • Hitting the crystal with an ultimate skill: Heals enemy Eiden’s HP.
(However, this effect is not exclusive to this gimmick—it remains active throughout the battle.)
