Actions such as attacking or defending will paralyze the character to the right, making positioning critical.

Do not place healers in slots 2 or 3

On turns 4n+7T, slots 2 and 3 will receive a debuff reducing healing and turn-by-turn recovery by 60% for 4 turns.

Taunt is nullified

Each turn, taunt will be nullified before enemies attack. Therefore, even if you include a Guardian with taunt, they won’t be able to redirect enemy attacks.

Recommended: Characters with “Enemy HP Recovery Reduction” skills
Suggested Composition

Ultimate skill cooldown of 4 or less, Attacker, attacker, healer, supporter

  • Assume actions are taken “from slot 5 toward slot 1”
  • Characters act in this order because acting from the right allows up to four characters to attack.
  • If acting from slot 5 to slot 1, the character in slot 1 will be paralyzed and unable to act.
  • For slot 1, it’s best to choose a character with an ultimate skill cooldown of 4 or less that includes an attack (assuming an ultimate skill will be used on turn 4n+8T).
  • If an ultimate skill is used by slots 2 or 3 on turn 4n+8T, slot 1 only needs enough HP to survive; other considerations are secondary.

Using basic attacks, ultimate skills, or defending will paralyze the character to the right.
Even non-damaging actions like healers’ basic attacks will trigger this.

  • Example: Slot 1 defends → Slot 2 is paralyzed.
  • Example: Slot 5 uses an ultimate skill → Slot 1 is paralyzed.
Because of this paralysis mechanic, up to four characters can act per turn.

Enemy Buffs

Enemies heal for 20% of the damage they deal.
Enemies’ HP recovery is increased by 100%.
Enemies take 2% less damage for each basic attack they receive (up to 25 stacks).
Enemies take 5% less damage for each ultimate skill they receive (up to 10 stacks).

  • Ultimate Skill Timing:If slot 1 is using an ultimate skill on turn 4n+8T, slots 2-5 do not need to save ultimate skills.
    Otherwise, save one ultimate skill for turn 4n+8T.
  • Action Order Matters: Due to paralysis mechanics, carefully plan the order of actions.
  • Recommended: Act from the right to the left to maximize actions (up to four characters can act).
  • STEP1
    4n+6T:Slot 5 defends → Slot 4 defends.

  • STEP2
    4n+7T:Slot 3 defends → Slot 2 defends.

    4n+8T:Land an ultimate skill once.

    • Recommended Attack Order:
    • Slot 1 ultimate skill → Slot 5 action → Slot 4 action → Slot 3 action.
    • Landing just one ultimate skill is sufficient.
    • Critical: Use at least one ultimate skill with an attack component.
    • If no ultimate skill lands: Prepare for a devastating area attack that results in forced defeat.
